This week I maintained my weight from last week, which I consider an accomplishment as I completely fell off the wagon this weekend. We were out of town and I always find that the hardest time to stay on-track. Anyone out there have any tips?
Last night I got a great workout in. We ran/walk throughout our neighborhood, which is full of hills. And we were in a heat advisory, so I was drenched when we got done.
I'm planning to have a better week this time around and have great success to share next Wednesday.
